Our Story
Hi, I’m Zion Butler. I started my construction business in 2021 after learning the trade from some master builders that taught me to love being a carpenter. I’m blessed to be able to share that passion with my crew and community, and be an example of blue collar professionalism in our part of the world.
A lot of people are taken aback when they see a General Contractor in their mid 20’s, and I don’t blame them for a second. But my confidence is derived from hard work. From the second I landed my first construction job, I was already looking for side jobs. 80 hour weeks have been the standard. Research at night, books, videos, and chats with mentors. But most importantly, the school of hard knocks has made me the contractor I am.
This vision and energy got us to where we are now, and I intend to keep building and developing this company to expand our production and services.
Our Mission
Being a company of young, hungry craftsmen, we bring energy to the jobsite. We also emphasize efficiency, which allows us to cut costs for homeowners because of our project strategies and management accuracy.
Our project management is set up to update homeowners frequently with project progress photos, budgets, and changes.
Our entire process can be done online, meaning you can e-sign a proposal and we can get started immediately. We also take online invoice payments, and offer financing through our software, Co-Construct. Hiring us is a clean, simple, fast, and accurate process.
On the jobsite, efficiency is everything. I think of it as a battlefield: we set up our work stations to have everything we need, and minimize our waste in materials and production. Quality is everything to us. My guys have learned that if something isn’t right, I won’t stop until it is, so we might as well make it right the first time!
